Rewards
All children with 100% attendance this week received a raffle ticket and during assembly, the excitement was buzzing as we drew children to go trampolining. There is an alternative prize for EYFS pupils who win.
How does it work?
Every day your child is in school, they will receive a raffle ticket, five streaks (five days) and they will get the chance to double their luck and receive double raffle tickets! Every Friday in assembly, they will enter the prize draw where the lucky random winners will win different prizes every week!
Remember its a bank holiday on Monday. We look forward to seeing you back on Tuesday 6th May.

Year 1's Woodland Discovery: Exploring Trees and Their Parts
🌿☘️ Year 1 embarked on an exciting outdoor adventure to explore the world of plants! As part of their Science lessons, they ventured into the forest to observe and compare various trees, examining their leaves, trunks, and roots. Their enthusiasm and curiosity made them true explorers of nature! 🌳🔍
We love it when our three academies come together! Tonight we joined forces again!
Our Marvellous Maths Director delivered maths training to our teaching team.

We are delighted to share that the amazing Beechwood Gymnastics in the Community after school club is back at Co-op Academy Hillside!

How can I improve my children’s attendance?
Follow NHS advice for any mild illnesses.
Promote good hand hygiene with your children.
Liaise with the Early Help team who will support you as a family.
Speak to your child’s teacher as a collaborative approach is essential
Noticeboard
If your child is absent from school, you must inform the school office by 9am of the reason for absence.
Staff car park is NOT to be used to drop children off at Breakfast Club. This is a health and safety hazard.
