Celebrating Our Poetry Stars!
A huge shout-out to these three wonderful young ladies who were incredible representatives of our academy at the Trust Poetry Competition today! They performed their poetry with style and confidence in front of a large audience – truly well done to you all!

Year 4: From Code to Español!
Year 4 spent a fantastic afternoon diving into the world of Microbit programming – talk about impressive! Mrs. Culshaw was absolutely blown away, seeing some definite future programmers in action. They wrapped up their marvelous day by brushing up on their Spanish skills with a fun game of Snakes and Ladders... en español!

What better way to spend a beautifully sunny day than engrossed in a good book? That's exactly what Year 6 did today, making the most of the brilliant selection in our new library!

We are delighted to share that the amazing Beechwood Gymnastics in the Community after school club is back at Co-op Academy Hillside!

How can I improve my children’s attendance?
Follow NHS advice for any mild illnesses.
Promote good hand hygiene with your children.
Liaise with the Early Help team who will support you as a family.
Speak to your child’s teacher as a collaborative approach is essential
Noticeboard
If your child is absent from school, you must inform the school office by 9am of the reason for absence.
Staff car park is NOT to be used to drop children off at Breakfast Club. This is a health and safety hazard.
